Three reliable, low-impact ways to reclaim your acreage without destructive burn piles, gouged topsoil, or hauled-away timber.

Turn standing trees, brush, saplings, and briars into a clean, protective carpet of natural mulch.
Match the machine to the job (not a one-size-fits-all)
Cleaner finish than clearing + piling (no burn required)
Mulch protects topsoil and helps prevent washouts
Leaves a usable surface for trails, fencing, or seeding

Site preparation for home builds, fence lines, and driveways plus quick cleanup after severe Carolina storms.
Right-sized skid steer or excavator for your terrain + access
Targeted clearing that protects mature hardwoods you want to keep
Fast storm cleanup for blowdowns, hangers, and scattered timber
Left ready for grading, footers, and the next trade to start

Nature's toughest brush crew tackles severe slopes, wetlands, and thick poison ivy where heavy machinery can't go.
80+ GPS-monitored goats for targeted grazing—no temporary fencing required.
Safe on steep slopes, embankments, and along creek lines where machines are limited.
Highly effective on invasive growth like kudzu, briars, and poison ivy.
No herbicides and no engine exhaust on your property—an environmentally responsible clearing option.
Clear communication, expert craftsmanship, and equipment tailored for Carolina’s unique terrain.
Connect directly with the owners—no call centers. We treat your land with the care it deserves, backed by a trusted team dedicated to quality results.
From compact mulchers for home yards to heavy-duty power for vast acreage, plus mini excavators and targeted goat herds for delicate areas.
Preserve your prized hardwoods and privacy trees while removing invasive undergrowth, thorny vines, and unwanted brush with care.
We mulch brush on-site to create clean, natural ground cover — eliminating burn piles, smoke hazards, and costly landfill fees.
Goats safely clear steep slopes, wet creek banks, and tough growth like poison ivy and kudzu without damaging fragile soil.
Wide tracks reduce soil compaction, roots stay secure, fine mulch preserves moisture, and work is timed to avoid rain damage.
Tell us about your acreage and goals. We will walk the property with you and recommend the cleanest, most cost-effective path forward.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just straight talk on your land.
Yes — estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
Final pricing is based on the scope in your approved quote. If we find conditions we couldn’t see during the estimate (buried debris, hidden stumps, rock, etc.), we’ll talk with you before doing any extra work.
Jobs are scheduled once we receive a signed quote. Projects over $2,500 require a 25% deposit to reserve your date.
We need at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or after our equipment has been delivered, a $500 mobilization fee will be charged.
If rain or wet ground would damage your property or make the work unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no charge and let you know as early as we can.
You’re responsible for showing us your property lines and marking private utilities, septic systems, irrigation, and anything else buried. We’ll call NC 811 to locate public utilities before any ground work. We aren’t responsible for damage to unmarked underground items.
Our equipment needs a path at least 9 feet wide to reach the work area. Some ground marking from tracks is normal.
Please keep pets away from the grazing area and let us know right away if any fencing is disturbed. We’ll remove any plants that are toxic to goats before grazing starts, or we’ll tell you about them.
Payment is due when the job is complete. Larger projects may be billed in stages as the work progresses. We accept check, bank transfer (ACH), and all major credit cards. Prices include card processing, and you’ll get a 3% discount if you pay by check or bank transfer. Invoices more than 15 days past due will be charged 1.5% per month.
If something isn’t right, call us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Want a quick ballpark? If you’d like, we can pull up your property online and map it out for a rough estimate.
Want a firm quote? We’ll walk it with you first, then write up the number based on what we see on the ground.
Pricing options: We can quote the job start-to-finish, or we can work off a day rate per machine—whatever makes the most sense for your place.
